Inside the tower there will be apartments, hotels, a gallery, restaurants and a car park for 2,100 cars. The completion of the construction, which is expected to cost $ 2 billion, is planned for the beginning of 2010.

From yesterday to the skyscraper in the United Arab Emirates, Burj Dubai record of the highest free-standing construction in the world. Yesterday after 18:00 a bridge over the Mississippi River collapsed connecting Minneapolis with Saint Paul.
