The construction of the highest European skyscraper has begun in Moscow

The tower will be erected in the newly emerging Moscow-City quarter, in which there will be numerous four- and five-star hotels. The 612 meter tall building was designed by Sir Norman Foster himself. Inside the tower there will be apartments, hotels, a gallery, restaurants and a car park for 2,100 cars. The completion of the construction, which is expected to cost $ 2 billion, is planned for the beginning of 2010.
