According to the main contractor, the Chinese Broad Sustainable Building, the building is just completed. The investment cost is estimated at 9 billion yuan (1.11 billion euros). The usable area of ​​the entire complex, which will include a 220-storey skyscraper, 4 side 3-7-story buildings and a 4-storey cellar, will amount to 1.2 million m2, it will be a home or a workplace for 30,000 people.

Eiffel Tower has been made available for viewing using the Google tool Street View.
