The construction of the tallest skyscraper has begun in China

In the city of Changsha (Hunan province), the world's tallest building - Sky City - is to be built. The skyscraper is to measure 838 meters, i.e. be more than the current record holder Burj Khalify about 10 meters. According to the main contractor, the Chinese Broad Sustainable Building, the building is just completed.
The investment cost is estimated at 9 billion yuan (1.11 billion euros). The usable area of the entire complex, which will include a 220-storey skyscraper, 4 side 3-7-story buildings and a 4-storey basement, will amount to 1.2 million m2, it will be a home or a workplace for 30 thousand people.

Such a fast construction is to be possible due to prefabricated elements.

In the tower block - basketball court, tennis courts, restaurants, offices, and hotel, as well as a hospital. There will be a helipad on the roof.

Thanks to the last technologies, the building will reduce energy consumption by 80%, among others, the use of thick, 20-inch wall insulation, 4-layer windows, heat recovery systems.
