Reportedly built for Emira Mozeh, the mother of the current Emir of Qatar, on the outskirts of Palmyra, Mozeh Palace was reportedly seized by ISIS fighters as they overtook the city in Summer 2015.
One of the former Qatari Emir's wives, Sheikha Mozah bint Nasser Al Missned, is reportedly building a similar home in London's Regent Park. She acquired the London property for a reported £120million in 2013. Once completed, the property will be home of Sheikh Hamad’s son, the 35-year-old Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad and is anticipated to be valued at £280million.
