The Prague astronomical clock is the oldest astronomical clock still working and the third oldest astronomical clock in existence. The mechanical clock was and astronomical dial were installed in 1410 by clockmakers Mikuláš of Kadaň and Jan Šindel.
The clock features the zodiac, a calendar, animated figures (Vanity, greed, death and lust and the 12 Apostles appear on the hour).
