Charles R. Modica has been founder, Chairman and Chancellor of St. George's University in Grenada. He founded the university as a School of Medicine in 1976. He has been Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Barry University Miami, Florida, from 1997 to 2001. He served as Chairman of such Board of Trustees of Rosarian Academy, West Palm Beach, Florida from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Modica has been an Independent Director of vFinance, since January 3, 2007. He has been a Member of the Board of Trustees of WXEL Public Radio and Television in Florida since 1998. He served as an Independent Director of National Holdings Corp., from July 1, 2008 to October 14, 2010. He served on the Board of Trustees of Rosarian Academy from 1995 to 2001. He served on Board of Trustees of Barry University since 1983.
