A complex that looks like a spaceship was designed by the Foster + Partners office. The originator of the round shape of the building is the Apple boss Steve Jobs - died in 2011.
According to the plan, the complex is to be built by the end of 2016, it will be the most expensive office building in the world, because its cost according to unofficial sources has been increased from 3 to 5 billion dollars.
Located on a plot of 700 thousand. square meters, the building will have 4 floors that can accommodate over 13,000 employees.
In addition to offices with a total area of approx. 260 thousand square meters there will also be laboratories (about 28,000 m2), a café (serving up to 3,000 people at once), a large fitness center and an underground parking lot for 6,000 cars.
