The highest European building will be built in Warsaw
The over 280-meter skyscraper will be built by Jan Kulczyk. He will be in Warsaw near Zawiszy Square. The lowest of the 68 floors will be occupied by offices, above there will be a hotel for at least 200 rooms, and luxurious apartments will be located at the very top. The cost of the investment is one billion zlotys. The construction is to be completed in 2011.
At the moment, the highest skyscraper in Europe is the German Commerzbank measuring 258.7 meters, while in Poland the Palace of Culture and Science dominates with a height of 230.7 m. Both these buildings will overtake the said skyscraper, which after completion will be 260 meters, and with the spire 282 , 4 m
