PNC Firstside Center earned the Silver level certification for significant achievement in sustainable design and construction.
PNC Firstside, located at First Avenue and Grant Street along the Monongahela River in downtown Pittsburgh, is the company's bank operations and processing hub. This wired facility, equipped with 234 miles of data cable, supports most of PNC's businesses and customers nationwide. The new building will house Bank Operations, Treasury Management, Corporate Loan Operations, Network Services and Employee Development.
