The Mohale Dam is a rock-fill dam built across the Senqunyane River in 2003-2004. The height is 145 meters (476 feet), the length is 700 meters (2,300 feet). In 2005 the dam was awarded the 2005 Fulton Awards by the Concrete Society of South Africa as having the "Best Construction Engineering Project and Best Construction Technique.
