FSC barge is to capture baby salmon smolts to be trucked past the dam going downstream and release adults returning upstream to spawn. Our diving crews help build the system and maintain the net funnelling fish to the collector. I have dove here several times. I am In the green hardhat, back right corner, at 3:53 in the NTS launching video, lol.
