This palace in the outskirts of Jeddah belonged to the late King Fahd. Now it belongs to his favourite son prince AbdulAziz who also owns a yacht named: Prince AbdulAziz. For this reason the palace has a large berth to accommodate his mega yacht. The area is 1500 acres! It contains lots of swimming pools and Helipads. Its between thuwal and obhur where there exists vast land areas. Due to this reason and many others the extimated cost is about US $245 million.
