Museo de Cultura Popular is a museum in the village of Santa Lucia de Barva, just south of Barva, Costa Rica. It is located in the former home of ex-president Alfredo Gonzalez Flores. It has a number of notable displays related to 19th century Costa Rica, demonstrating the fashion and popular culture during this period.
Alfredo González Flores served as President of Costa Rica from 1914 to 1917. He was unable to complete his presidential mandate following a coup d'état on 27 January 1917, led by Federico Tinoco, his secretary for War and the Navy.
