Jeffrey Horvitz's House

Jeffrey Horvitz is a private investor and Vice Chair of Moreland Management Company, a family investment office. He has spoken at investment conferences and published articles on investment topics such as asset allocation, portfolio rebalancing, taxation of investments, and non-indexed passive investing.

He serves on a number of nonprofit boards, including those of the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, Tufts University School of Medicine, the Beverly School for the Deaf, and Harvard University’s Art Museums Visiting Committee. He has served on CAST's Board of Directors since 1992.

Mr. Horvitz’s art collection is renowned, including one of the world's most extensive collections of French old master drawings. He has been listed as one of the top 200 art collectors in the world and as one of the top 100 art collectors in America.

Mr. Horvitz holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in Psychology from UCLA.
