Russia

Russia, officially known as Russian Federation, is located on the continent of Europe. This country covers an area of 17 098 242 km² and is inhabited by approximately 144.10 million people. The capital city is Moscow, which serves as the center of political, cultural, and economic life. Russia is located at a latitude of 60° N and a longitude of 100° E. The official language is Russian, allowing for a deeper understanding of the culture while visiting. Before traveling, remember that the currency is Russian ruble (symbol: ₽), and driving is on the right.
