Wave Tower - a project of a new skyscraper in Dubai

The proposal of a tower containing offices and high-class apartments comes from Spanish architects from the A-cero studio. The designers wanted to design a skyscraper, which will be a combination of natural elements and elegance. The building shape will resemble a plant that has its roots on the shore, then through the creeper like waves it runs over the water, where it finally rises up to a height of 370 meters. The cost of this 92-story high-rise building is estimated at 170 million dollars. It will be located in the Madinat Al Arab district, which is considered the new main business district of the city, as well as the place where numerous interesting architectural projects have been created.
