Two new skyscrapers in Yokohama

A complex of two towers called The Block 40 Development Project will be located at the highest tower in Japan: Yokohama Landmark Tower. The client of these two towers, each with a height of 61 floors, or 230 meters, is Mitsubishi Estate Co. Ltd. The construction will commence in 2003 and completion is planned for 2007. After the construction, these 190,000 m2 towers will be the highest residential towers in Japan, with a total of 1 300 housing units.
