The Murano Apartments project is already known!
Today, plans to build the latest investment of Budimex Nieruchomości have been announced. Apartments Murano? because this is the name of the company's most expensive investment? they will stand by the end of 2010 at ul. Inflancka in Warsaw.
Apartments Murano will be built in one of the most unique places of the capital, where history is woven into almost every corner.
The investment owes its name to the Baroque palace of Murano, which was erected here in the second half of the 17th century. Its owner was a royal architect Józef Bellotti from Venice. Even then, the real estate was bought here by architects and wealthy residents of Warsaw. Numerous manors were built here, suburban villas surrounded by gardens, decorated with fashionable ruins, gazebos and ponds. Many outstanding personalities of those times had quiet, small residences here.
We wanted to create an extraordinary place in the very center of Warsaw, combining elegance with the comfort of metropolitan life. By referring to the traditional name associated with the Murano Palace, we want to rediscover the history of this part of the city - says Ewa Perkowska, commercial director, Budimex Nieruchomości.
The architecture of the Murano Apartments combines the patterns of post-war architecture with the best currents of modern European construction. The project distinguishes eighteen-storey tower and glass elevations that evoke associations with the latest architectural achievements.
In the 1950s, this part of Warsaw was rebuilt in the socialist realist style. Therefore, when creating the architectural concept of the new investment, we took into account historical aspects of this corner of Warsaw. We naturally build the city's tissue. The architecture of the Murano Apartments will be an urban quarter with squares, streets and a shopping arcade. The whole building has been designed so that there is a clear division into public and private space. Residents will have at their disposal more than one hectare garden. ? says arch. Marek Dunikowski from the Architectural Bureau DDJM - author of the project.
In buildings with heights from 7 to 18 storeys, there will be flats of various sizes, with a functional and thoughtful division of space. The top floors will feature luxurious, air-conditioned apartments with spacious terraces and a view of the Warsaw skyline. Appropriately large windows, balconies and terraces in each apartment, as well as the possibility of individual arrangement of space, will allow to create good conditions for rest and work.
The location of Murano Apartments is exceptionally attractive. Convenient communication allowing for quick access to the most remote corners of the capital and the proximity of the metro station? Dworzec Gdański? these are undeniable advantages of living in the city center. Old and New Town, Krasinski Park or Powązki are an asset for everyone who loves walking. However, the neighborhood of shopping centers will facilitate everyday life of Murano residents.
