There are 49 high-speed elevators in the building. Two underground levels of the bank create parking lots for over 300 places. On the 42nd floor there is a small balcony, which is open to the public, which gives you the opportunity to see the northwestern panorama of Hong Kong.
A 15-story atrium was placed on the third floor to illuminate the bank lobby. The promenade, the water garden and the atrium have been designed so that no sounds can be heard inside the crowded streets.
Bank of China is a symbol of strength, growth and vitality. The design was inspired by the elegant attitude of a bamboo tree.
The skyscraper is currently the second largest building in Hong Kong, and the eighth highest in the world.
