An interesting exercise in land zoning: the massive city cemetery next to Motel 2001 and Yang Yang motels in Brazil ("motel" means something a bit different in Brazil than it does in the U.S. Look it up...). Though the people checking into the motels aren't concerned with the view, I suppose....
